Choose the level of detail that suits your lifestyle: Basic Clean- Perfect for smaller homes or quicker refresh. Includes vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and bin emptying. Standard Clean- Adds extra care: fridge wipe-downs, cupboard fronts, skirting boards, linen changes, and full bathroom scrub. Premium Clean- The ultimate package: everything in Standard Clean plus oven cleaning, interior windows, upholstery vacuuming, ironing and small appliances. every option uses eco-friendly products, delivered with reliability and care.
Cancellation Policy
We know life happens, so we've kept our policy simple and fair : Free cancellation: cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Late cancellations ( 24-12 hours before ): A 50% fee will be charged. Same-Day cancellation or No-Show ( within 12 hours ): The full service fee (100%) will be charged. All bookings are paid in advance to secure your slot. Refunds are processed according to the above timeframes. Your time is important and so is ours. This policy helps us keep things running smoothly and ensures every client gets the best service possible.
