Need a one-time refresh? Our one-off clean is ideal for special occasions, seasonal reset, or when life gets busy. We'll restore order and sparkle, leaving your home spotless in a single visit. - Tailored cleaning based on your needs. - Perfect for spring cleans, parties, or post-renovation. - Professional finish that saves you time and effort. One-Off cleans are priced based on standard level of dirt. If areas are heavily soiled, extra time will be required and stronger products will be used. Additional charges of £30 per hour.
Cancellation Policy
We know life happens, so we've kept our policy simple and fair : Free cancellation: cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Late cancellations ( 24-12 hours before ): A 50% fee will be charged. Same-Day cancellation or No-Show ( within 12 hours ): The full service fee (100%) will be charged. All bookings are paid in advance to secure your slot. Refunds are processed according to the above timeframes. Your time is important and so is ours. This policy helps us keep things running smoothly and ensures every client gets the best service possible.
